WHY ARE SO MANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS SOLD OUT?

The Sacred Arrow™ team hand makes every piece of jewelry. Artisan products take time to create. We try to keep up with demand as much as possible. 

HOW MUCH OIL SHOULD I USE WITH MY DIFFUSER JEWELRY?

Depending on the intensity of the oil you choose and the degree to which you'd like to smell it, the number of drops may vary; however, between 1 and 3 drops will provide a few days worth of diffusing! 

HOW LONG WILL THE AROMA LAST?

The length of time that an aroma will last depends on how many drops you use and which oil you choose. On average, the leather will continue to diffuse throughout a few days but may last up to a week. Refresh as often as you like.

 WHAT KIND OF OIL SHOULD I USE?

Sacred Arrow diffusing jewelry is intended to be used with therapeutic grade essential oils such as Young Living. 

 HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE EACH LEATHER DISC? CAN I CHANGE OILS?

We use only nontoxic, heavy-metal free leather that is of the highest quality. Each leather disc can be used to diffuse over and over indefinitely. The leather does not harm the essential oils, and the essential oils to not damage the leather. Once an oil has diffused completely, you can easily change to another oil without a problem; however, some oils are very potent and do not fade for several days (peppermint and rose are two examples). Necklaces generally include three discs so that you can rotate them according to your preference. You can purchase extra leather discs separately through our website.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our website currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Gift Cards, debit cards, and PayPal. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to nature of online sales, we understand that an item may occasionally be different than expected. We will accept an item return within 7 days of receipt when returned to us in new condition. We will issue a gift card for the total purchase price, including shipping, or if preferred, we will refund the original method of payment less the cost of shipping. 

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will issue a prepaid return label and gladly exchange it for the same item or repair it where applicable. Send us an email at service@sacredarrowjewelry.com to arrange a repair or replacement within the first 30 days after receipt of item.
